How to complete a quote template

    1. Details of both parties. Business names, addresses, VAT numbers and sender and recipient contact details.
    2. Number, date and validity. Use sequential numbering and state an expiry, usually 15–30 days.
    3. Cost items. Description, quantity, unit price, discount and VAT rate; in Italy, for example, 22%, 10%, 4% or exempt.
    4. Totals. Calculate taxable amount, VAT and total. Italian flat-rate taxpayers add “Operazione senza applicazione dell'IVA, art. 1 commi 54-89 L. 190/2014”.
    5. Final notes. Payment method, delivery times, general terms and room for the client’s acceptance signature.

Moving from a manual template to software

For regular quotes, AequoTax saves duplicate data entry and manual calculations, keeping quotes, electronic invoices and client signatures together.
